Griffith by John S. Chisum by deed recorded in Book K, Volume 1, Page 699, Lamar County Deed Records. BEGINNING at a stake for corner, said beginning corner being the S.W. Corner of Shiloh and 14th Street N.W. and also being the N.E. Corner of a 82 acre tract of land described in a deed from Lizzie Walker to H. R. Walker on February 5, 1953, recorded in Vol. 342, Page 415, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. THENCE South 0 Degrees 32 Minutes East with the West B/L of 14th St. N.W. 441.82 feet to a corner, same being the N.E. Corner of a lot conveyed Frank Barnes, described in Vol. 304, Page 595, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. THENCE South 87 Degrees 23 Minutes West with the Barnes North line 200 ft.'to the Barnes N.W. Corner and the N.E. Corner of a tract of land owned by Delbert H. Pearson, recorded in Vol. 464, Page 43, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas and continuing on South 87 Degrees 23 Minutes West for a total distance of 470 feet to the N.W. Corner of the Pearson tract. THENCE South 0 Degrees 32 Minutes East with the Pearson tract by the S.W. Corner of said Pearson tract for a total of 448.5 feet to the S.W. Corner of a lot owned by William Diggs,.description of same is recorded in Vol. 297, Page 471. . TH&NCE South 88 Degrees 05 Minutes West by the N.E. and N.W. Corner of a lot conveyed to Pete Huggins and re- corded in Vol. 358, Page 101 and along the North B/L of a tract of land described in a deed recorded in Vol. 346, Page 324 to P. A. Reeves for a total distance of 655 feet to the N.W. Corner of the Reeves tract, a corner in the East B/L of 18th St. N.W. THU\`CE North 0 degrees 42 Minutes West with the East B/L of 18th St. N.W. 925 feet to a corner which is the S.E. Corner of Shiloh and 18th St. N.W. THENCE North 89 Degrees 33 Minutes East with the South B/L of Shiloh Street 1124 feet to the place of Beginning, and containing 18.4 acres of land. Being described in accordance with an actual survey made.on the ground under the supervision of J. E. Albright, Registered Professional Engineer of Texas, No. 171, on the 8th day of July, 1971.
