194 <br />City Manager Sweatt requested the Council to ratify his action in changing the date <br />of the receipt of bids for a city depository from Febru -ary 5, 1975 at 10:00 A. M. to <br />February 10, 7975 at 7:00 P. M. A motion was made by Councilman Whitaker and se- <br />conded by Councilman Hutchison to ratify the action of the city manager.
