273 <br />STATE OF TEXAS X <br />COU; lTY OF I_AIIAR X <br />CONTRACT TO FURNISH <br />DMP BODY <br />This Agreement made and entered into this 10th day of March <br />19 75 , by and betNeen the City' of Paris, a municipal corporation, of the state <br />of Texas, hereinafter called city, and Motor Truck Equipment <br />2050 Irving Blvd. , Dallas, Texas, 75247, <br />hereinafter called contractor. <br />Witnesseth: That the parties hereto, in consideration of the covenants and <br />agreements hereinafter contained to be kept and performed by the respective <br />parties, do hereby agree as follows: <br />I. Contractor agrees to sell to city and to furnish and deliver for the <br />Department of Public Works of said City, f.o.b. Paris, Texas, the following: <br />one (1) n&w 1975 Dump Body in accordance with Detailed Specifications and Bid <br />Form for the furnishing and delivery of one (1) new 1975 Dump Body for the <br />City of Paris Department of Public Works dated February, 1975; at and for the <br />consideration of �1, 464. 51 <br />2.. Contractor . agrees to furnish and deliver the_.n'eretQfor..e'. stated i teems <br />in accordance with the provisions of the Detailed Specifications and Bid Form <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />3. It is understood that the following documents, to wit: the Notice to <br />Bidders, the Detailed Specifications and Bid form, copies of which are h- -veto <br />attached, are hereby made a part of this contract, and each of the parties hereto <br />agree to carry out and perform each and all of the provisions of this contract <br />and of the documents incorporated herein and made a part hereof upon his or its <br />part to be .performed. Originals of said documents are filed in the Office of the <br />City Clerk of said City. <br />4.
