716 " RESOLUTION NO. 1752 a WHEREAS, an election was held by the qualified voters of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 3rd day of April, 1976, for the purpose of voting for and electing seven (7) members of the City Council of the City of Paris to serve for one (1) or two (2) years as determined by lot, to -wit: 1. Councilman From Ward One (1) 2. Councilman From Ward Two (2) 3. Councilman From Ward Three (3 ) 4. Councilman From Ward Four (4) 5. Councilman From Ward Five (5) 6." Councilman From Ward Six (6) 7. Coum ilman From Ward Seven (7) WHEREAS, as required by. Order of the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of 'Texas, Paris Division, in Civil Action No. P-75- 3-CA, and as provided in the Charter of the. City of Paris and the laws of the State of Texas wherein they do not conflict with said Order, such election was conducted and held at seven (7) specified and designated polling places, that is, one polling place in each of the seven (7) wards of the City of Paris, Paris,.
