741 <br />Resolution No. 1758, re- appointing Herschel Re McKinney and Clark Estes, Jr. to serve <br />as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission for a period of three years, begin - <br />ning July 1, 1976, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Hinds and seconded <br />by Councilman Rainey for the adoption of the resolution. The motion carried: 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1753 <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Herschel R. McKinney and <br />Clark Estes, Jr. , as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />of the City of Parses, will expire on June 30, 1976, and it is necessary <br />to appoint their successors, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />James M. Brunette, having re- appointed Herschel R. McKinney and <br />Clark Estes, Jr. , to serve on the. Planning and Zoning Commission of <br />the City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1976 <br />and ending June 30, 1979, and has submitted the -names of such per <br />sons to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF. -THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the re- appointment of Herschel R.
