�- 742 <br />Resolution No. 1759, appointing J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal Smith as members of the <br />Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the.City of Paris for a term of <br />two years beginning"Juiy 1, 1976, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Fisher and seconded by Councilman Rainey for the adoption of the resolution. The <br />motion carried: 6 ayes, 1 nay. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1759 . <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. D. McLaughlin and Oacal <br />Smith on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Paris, will expire on Jun'-- 30, 1976; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary td fill the vacancies. which will be <br />created by the expiration of their terms; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by the <br />Mayor, James M. Brunette, that J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal Smith be <br />re- appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) rears, beginning July 1, <br />1976 and ending June 30, :1973; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF TI-IE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal Smith, be, and. they are <br />hereby re-appointed as members of the Board of Commissioners of <br />tb.- Housing Auj hority of the City of P2r is, for a ter.
