A motion was made by Councilman Whitaker and seconded <br />by Councilman Sterling to require that the owners of the carnival provide liability <br />insurance, provide a hold - harmless agreement to the City of Paris, to make ground_ <br />repairs at the conclusion of the showing, and that the grounds be left clean on <br />departure. The motion carried: 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
