B. 2860- 2870 -2880 Bonham; Western Oaks Addition Block 1, Lot 14 & Pt of 15 <br />Owner: Pho Tran D 2547 SW 23`d St. Oklahoma City, OK 73108 -6011 <br />No Back Taxes Owed <br />Robert Talley has had no contact with the owner. <br />Robert stated that the roof is wrapped, has deteriorated and missing wood, inside <br />ceiling leaks, mold is on the walls, ceiling panels are falling but it is not ready to <br />demolish. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to repair if not the property will <br />come back to the commission. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ben Vaughan to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />C. 1364 Graham; City Block 191, Lot 24 <br />Owner: James & Barbara Rawlinson PO Box 1763 Paris, TX 75461 -1763 <br />Back Taxes Owed: $283.05 <br />Robert Talley stated that he spoke with Barbara Rawlinson and she asked for 90 <br />days to repair. Robert said there was deterioration and missing wood on the porch, <br />foundation is sinking, and there's an 18x15 opening where the structure is <br />unsecure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair if not the property will <br />come back to the commission. <br />Ken Kohls discussed giving 60 days to repair and show significant progress. <br />Motion was made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Johnny Norris to give the <br />property owner 60 days to repair and show significant progress. Motion <br />carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />Chad Lindsey arrived at 3:42pm <br />D. 651 E Washington; Gibbon's 1St Addition Block 5, Lot 18 <br />Owner: David Greenhaw 310 Town East Dr. Reno, TX 75462 <br />Back Taxes Owed: $2148.45 <br />Robert Talley stated that he has had no contact with the owners. This is a garage <br />or shed and a tree fell on it. There's rubbish, a tarp used as a patch, open <br />windows, falling and collapsed. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Ken Kohls to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation.
