Robert said there was deterioration and missing wood on the porch, <br />foundation is sinking, and there's an 18x15 opening where the structure is <br />unsecure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair if not the property will <br />come back to the commission. <br />Ken Kohls discussed giving 60 days to repair and show significant progress. <br />Motion was made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Johnny Norris to give the <br />property owner 60 days to repair and show significant progress. This is a garage <br />or shed and a tree fell on it. There's rubbish, a tarp used as a patch, open <br />windows, falling and collapsed. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Ken Kohls to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation.
