SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />CITY OF PARIS HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />107 EAST KAUFMAN <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY, September 28, 2015 <br />12:30 P.M. <br />Call meeting to order and roll call. <br />Meeting was called to order by Ruth Ann Alsobrook, Vice Chair at 4:04 p.m. <br />Quorum present (Linda Knox arrived at 4:09 p.m) <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting (September 9, 2015). <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Peeples to accept the minutes as presented, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dux, Motion carried. <br />3. Consideration of and action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness: <br />50 North Main- Michael Mosher. <br />Michael Mosher presented the Certificate of Appropriateness and answered the <br />commissioner's questions. Mr. Mosher stated he had a flood and that triggered some much <br />needed repairs and updates. Mr. Mosher was accompanied by Mrs. Mosher and their son Mr. <br />Roland Mosher. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Dux to approve the changes to the windows and remove <br />doors as presented. Commissioner Peeples seconded, Motion carried. <br />4.
