on the property to help prevent further damage. Mr. Fulbright stated this has <br />helped but the church is still having issues with vehicles damaging property. Mr. <br />Fulbright and church members asked for any help that would enhance the safety <br />of the curve and alleviate further damage to church property. Mr. Tuttle informed <br />members the road was maintained by TXDOT and he had been in contact with <br />them asking they address this. TXDOT had recommended a one - direction arrow <br />(W1 -9T) sign be placed in line with southbound traffic. After discussion by <br />members Ms. Hamby made a motion to request that TXDOT place the one - <br />direction arrow along with rumble strips on each end of curve, raised pavement <br />markers in the curve, and shoulder texturing on edge of pavement. A second to <br />the motion was made by Mr. Hodges. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />Mr. Shiver then moved to item #5 concerning old business. Mr. Tuttle informed <br />members that he had informed Public Works of Mr. Engelhardt's request to <br />explore the possibility of widening the ramp on Trail de Paris where it crosses <br />24"' SE. There were no funds to make the changes at this time but they would <br />consider it if repairs or changes was scheduled in the future. <br />Mr. Shiver then moved to item #6 concerning any future agenda items. There <br />were none. <br />Mr. Shiver then moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:58pm.
