Approve ORDINANCE NO. 2015 -036: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS ISSUING A LICENSE TO RANEY DAY ENTERPRISES, INC. d/b /a YELLOW CAB TO OPERATE A TAXICAB BUSINESS ON THE PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS; FINDING A PUBLIC NECESSITY AND CONVENIENCE FOR ISSUANCE OF SAID LICENSE; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 12. Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2015 -042: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, CASTING ALL OF THE CITY OF PARIS' 644 VOTES FOR JIM NOBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THE 2015 -2016 BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAMAR COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 13. Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2015 -043: A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SHERIFF OR A CONSTABLE TO RE -SELL TAX FORECLOSED PROPERTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH TEXAS PROPERTY TAX CODE SECTION 34.05. 14. Approve the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Faith Tabernacle Addition 51 -B, located at 360 N.W. 11th Street. 15. Approve the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Quality Inn Addition City Block 317, located at 3505 N.E. Loop 286. 16. Approve the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Farm Bureau 339 Addition, located at 805 S.W. Loop 286. 17. Approve the Replats of Lot 1, 2, 3, 4 and part of 5, Block 2, Hayes Heights, located at 3105 Lamar Avenue. 18. Approve the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Isenberg Addition, City Block 323, located in the 2900 Block of N.W. 19' Street. 19. Approve an Agreement with TxDOT to construct a traffic signal on North Main. 20. Approve an Agreement with Love's Travel Stop and Country Stores, Inc. for reimbursement of the construction of a traffic signal on North Main. 21. Discuss and approve a contract with B. Bray Construction in the amount of $66,151 for replacement of the Clarksville Street Water Line Project. 22. Discuss and approve a three year contract with Sanitation Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $29.00 per ton for demolition and debris removal of condemned structures.
