E. 6rh Street. <br />Shane Grissom reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Billy <br />Trenado, seconded by Robert Spain to approve the final plat, subject to the Engineering <br />Technicians recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Quality Inn <br />Addition CB 317, located at 3505 N. E. Loop 286 <br />Shane Grissom reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />John Lee, seconded by Billy Trenado to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the <br />Engineering Technicians recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />9. Motion was made by Barney <br />Bray, seconded by John Lee to approve the final plat, subject to the Engineering <br />Technicians recommendations and adding a fifteen foot utility easement on Clarksville <br />Street. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />11. Discussion regarding a proposed definition and recommendations for zoning district <br />locations for an antique and classic automobile restoration use. <br />Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager discussed the proposed definition and recommendation <br />for zoning district location for an antique and classic automobile restoration use. The <br />planning and zoning commission discussed the proposed definition and decide that the <br />existing use in the zoning book should cover the antique and classic automobile restoration <br />use. <br />12. Discussion regarding potential update of certain components of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager discussed the potential update of certain components of <br />the zoning ordinance. The planning and zoning commission agreed the zoning ordinance <br />need to be updated. <br />13. Discussion regarding potential addition of definitions to the Zoning Ordinance. <br />
