The following list are the violations found. <br />1. The construction of this building is poor at best. The individual occupancy spaces are <br />not properly separated, the materials used in the construction vary throughout the <br />building from corrugated tin to cardboard. Many ceilings are covered below the rafters <br />with plastic tarps, sheets or other textiles which would increase the rate of fire spread. <br />These substandard construction and maintenance issues could cause a rapid fire growth, <br />and that possibly and rapidly spread thru the structure faster than the evacuation of its <br />occupants. <br />
