19. Discuss and act on a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, in Support of Dedication of a portion of U.S. Highway 82 from the 4200 Block of Lamar Avenue in the City of Paris Eastward to the Lamar County line as the "Trooper Jeffrey Nichols Memorial Highway." 20. Discuss and act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, Creating a Municipal Setting Designation within the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction; providing a penalty clause; providing a savings clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date. 21. Discuss and act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, Amending Chapter 23, "City Lakes," of the Paris Code of Ordinances, by Amending Section 23.28, Camping; as heretofore amended; providing a savings clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date. 22. Discuss and act on a request from the Lamar County Humane Association to allow for donations on water bills for the association. 23. Discuss and act on extension of the Home Loan Program; and discuss development of expanding the program into downtown. 24. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and /or on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflict with this chapter, as follows: Glick d/b /a Tri-State Iron & Metal v. City of Paris. 25. Reconvene into open session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in Executive Session. 26. Consider and approve future events for City Council and /or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004 -081. 27. Adjournment.
