Call meeting to order <br />Chairman Turk called the meeting to order at 4:03p.m. <br />2. Citizen's forum <br />No one spoke at Citizens Forum <br />3. Review and approve November 20, 2025, special meeting minutes <br />Commissioner Emmite made the motion to approve the meeting minutes of November 20, <br />2025, Commissioner Boyde seconded. Motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays <br />4. Review and act on the Fagade Grant Application # (25-000025) in the amount of $5000 for <br />property located in HD-1 Downtown Historic District, 7 E Plaza, Nguyen Thu Ha/Chelsea <br />Burnett (COA 25-000016 & 25-000024) <br />Chelsea Burnett of Paris House represented Paris House remodel. She provided photographs <br />of the property and completed invoices. Chairman Turk as the commission if they had any <br />questions. A motion was made to approve the $5000 grant reimbursement for Paris House, 7 <br />E. Plaza for the remodel of the.faqade on their Lamar entrance by Commissioner Emmite <br />and seconded by Chairman Turk. Motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />5. Review and act on the Faqade Grant Application # (25-000025) in the amount of $5000 for <br />property located in HD-1 Downtown Historic District, 115 S Main St CoA (24-000054) <br />Rebecca Norment represented the request./or reimbursement far thefaqade improvements. <br />The Commission reviewed the Certificate of Appropriateness, and the completed project <br />photos. Chairman Turk asked the commission if they had any questions, hearing none, a <br />motion was made by Commissioner Coyle and seconded by Commissioner Knox to approve <br />
