All new language is underlined and the old <br />language is struck through. The date has changed from the first meetin in <br />February to the first meeting in April to accommodate time to advertiseg for <br />applicants. <br />FISCAL AUTHORITY: <br />N/A <br />LEGAL REVIEW: <br />N/A <br />MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approval as presented. <br />
