Council Date: Development Director of Engineering, Planning 13. 12/12/11 & Development RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Replat, of Lots 4-5 and 6-7, Block 10 of the Neagle Addition, being located in the 1700 Block of S Church St. POLICY ISSUE(S): Plat Approval BACKGROUND: This is the Replat for Lots 4-5 and 6-7, Block 10 of the Neagle Addition, being located in the 1700 Block of S Church Street. Mr. Clyde Pickens is the property owner. This proposed replat will make one lot out of four lots and a portion of an alley. A 12-foot wide alley was platted with the original subdivision. This alley was never developed. The owner has requested releases from all of the utility companies. These releases state that the utility company does not have any facilities in the easement. If approved the alley will be abandoned and become part of the lot. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommended approval of the re-plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations by a vote of 6-0.
