<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND Q3ANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A
<br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), SHOPPING CENTER, FIRE
<br />LIMITS, ON LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 287, ON PROPERTY BEZ,ONGING TO
<br />RAYFORD WALKER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THER EIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br />DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWII.LING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), AND
<br />FSTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), SHOPPING
<br />CE1VTER, FIRE LIMITS, ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 287, ON PROPIIZTY BE-
<br />LONGING TO COVY WILLIAMS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THgZEIN TERRITORY
<br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2
<br />(SF-2 AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE PLANNED
<br />DEVEL,OPMENT DISTRICTS (PD), SHOPPING CENTER, FIRE LIMITS, SO
<br />ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARI S, TEXAS :
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zaning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire
<br />Limits, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 3, City
<br />Block 287, on property belonging to Rayford Walker, so as to
<br />include in such Planned Development District (PD), Shopping
<br />Center, Fire Limits, the hereinafter described pro perty, which
<br />was formerly and is presently desi gnated as a One-Family
<br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of
<br />said Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire
<br />Limits, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City
<br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 3, City Block
<br />287, and being a tract of land owned by Rayford
<br />Walker, more particularly described as follows:
<br />A perimeter survey of three tracts of land owned
<br />by Wayne White and being a part of the Wyatt Mo Hay
<br />Partition of Block A in the J. Leach Survey, located
<br />approximately 2 miles Ea,st of Paris, Lamar County,
<br />Texas.
<br />Beginning at a stake 39' N 79 W from State
<br />Highway Monument at Station 268/50 of Loop #286, the
<br />same being the N. W. Corner of a 19.7 acre tract owned
<br />by Covy Williams and the N. E. Corner of a 15 acre
<br />tract owned by Wayne White;
<br />Thence South 1585.5' a stake;

<br />Thence North 274.2' a stake in the South Boundary

<br />Thence South 79 East 78' to the place of beginning
<br />containing 15.85 acres.
