The original order on <br />the property was to demo in 30 days. Mr. Rudd said he would attend the meeting <br />and didn't show. He asked for more time. There are holes in the roof, <br />deterioration on the porch, unsecure, dangerous, and rear portion has sunk and <br />separated from the house. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />D. 221 W Kaufman, City of Paris, Block 176, Lot 25 & 25 -A <br />Owner: Robert B & Louise Moseley, 2306 Lamar, Paris, TX 75460 <br />No back taxes owed. <br />Robert Talley stated that Mr. Moseley has started pulling permits for the repairs <br />on this property. His first priority is securing the property. There are broken <br />windows, the property is unsecure, and the bricks are falling. <br />Don Wilson stated that this is the oldest structure in downtown Paris. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation.
