No back taxes owed. <br />No contact has been made with the owner. <br />Robert Talley stated there are two sheds in the back yard that are dilapidated, <br />overgrown vegetation, unsecure, holes in the floor, ceiling and wall, sinking, and <br />is full of junk and rubbish. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Wendell Moore accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />H. 1356 W Kaufman, City of Paris, Block 128, Lot 15 -A <br />Owner: Nellie Morgan, 577 CR 33530, Sumner, TX 75486 <br />$345.06 in back taxes owed. <br />Robert Talley has spoken to the owner and they agree the structure needs to be <br />demolished. Mr. Talley stated that the structure is unsecure, deteriorating, broken <br />windows, gutted inside, pulled pipes, holes in the roof, and the structure is <br />sinking. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Jon McFadden to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />I. 1317 Bonham, City of Paris Block 128, Lot 1 <br />Owner: Perry & Sonja D Grant, 141 CR 453 -2, Dayton, TX 77535 <br />$1483.03 in back taxes owed. <br />Robert Talley spoke with Sonja and she told Mr. Talley that her husband Perry <br />has passed away. Sonja has talked to a group about buying the property. Robert <br />Talley stated that the property owners around the property are complaining. The <br />structure is deteriorating, daylight is showing through holds, porch is deteriorated, <br />shingles are falling and deteriorated on the roof, missing wood, open sheet rock <br />outside, lots of vegetation, and the foundation is rotting. There is also a shed full <br />of junk and rubbish in the back. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Jon McFadden to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation.
