Mr. Talley stated that this properties porch is broken, the house is sinking, there are holes in the roof, the house is falling off the blocks, and the underpinning is folding under making the house lean. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Vicky Ballard to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty to the property. The only contact Robert Talley's had with anyone is a lady saw the red tag on the house and called to ask if she can get some of her stuff out of the house. Mr. Talley showed pictures of the property where it is missing the siding, the roof leaks, roof deterioration, it's unsecure with broken windows, and the shed in the back of the property is falling in. Dale Mayberry, City of Paris Fire Marshall, stated that the house has no value and it's unsafe. Mr. Talley said the owner Kathy Ausmus hasn't lived in the house in 19 years. She abandoned it and doesn't want anything to do with it. Mr. Talley showed pictures of the structure being unsecure, deconstructed floor, siding missing and junk and rubbish everywhere. There is a shed in the back
