The daughter said they were going to demolish the house and would like to have 30 days to accomplish the demolition. Mr. Talley showed pictures where the property is unsecure, it has deterioration of the foundation, the floor is deteriorating, there's missing wood, missing windows, holes in the floor, and the walls are separating.
