Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 H. 738 N. E. 5th, City Block 72, Lot 10 Owner: Foster Stone, 1330 NE 10th, Paris, TX 75460. Back Taxes - $264.30 Robert Talley has had no contact with the owner but he did sign for the certified letter. Robert Talley showed pictures of holes in the roof, deterioration and boards breaking along the roof line. The support for the back porch has been removed. No back taxes Robert Talley stated that the owner did sign for the certified letter. They have family that lives in Paris and they have been in contact with Mr. Talley. They requested 90 days to have the structure demolished. Robert Talley showed pictures the front porch and all four porch supports leaning, there is rotten and missing wood. The back of the house is sinking into the ground. The roof has holes and is buckling and there are broken windows. Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. No back taxes Robert Talley has had no contact on this property but the owner did sign for the certified letter. Robert Talley showed pictures of the house being unsecure, there is missing and deteriorated wood at the foundation. There is also rotted wood and termite damage. In places the siding has been pulled off and the supports under the house
