Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />H. 738 N. E. 5th, City Block 72, Lot 10 <br />Owner: Foster Stone, 1330 NE 10th, Paris, TX 75460. Back Taxes - $264.30 <br />Robert Talley has had no contact with the owner but he did sign for the certified <br />letter. <br />Robert Talley showed pictures of holes in the roof, deterioration and boards <br />breaking along the roof line. The support for the back porch has been removed. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Zac Saffle, seconded by Vicky Ballard to follow Robert <br />Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in <br />30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day <br />civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />I. 614 N. E. 5th, City Block 61, Lot 8 <br />Owners: Ernest E & Doris O Reynolds, 1014 Armacost, San Diego, CA 92114. <br />No back taxes <br />Robert Talley stated that the owner did sign for the certified letter. They have <br />family that lives in Paris and they have been in contact with Mr. Talley. They <br />requested 90 days to have the structure demolished. <br />Robert Talley showed pictures the front porch and all four porch supports leaning, <br />there is rotten and missing wood. The back of the house is sinking into the <br />ground. The roof has holes and is buckling and there are broken windows. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Vicky Ballard, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 90 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />J. 754 E. Polk, Gibbons Park Addition, Block 3, Lot 1 <br />Owner: D R Burks, 5805 FM 1497, Paris, TX 75462. No back taxes <br />Robert Talley has had no contact on this property but the owner did sign for the <br />certified letter. <br />Robert Talley showed pictures of the house being unsecure, there is missing and <br />deteriorated wood at the foundation. There is also rotted wood and termite <br />damage. In places the siding has been pulled off and the supports under the house <br />
