C. 331 NE 12th, Lot 19, City Block 70 Owner: Kristal Gallegos, 331 NE 12th Paris, TX 75460 Robert Talley stated that he has had no contact with the property owner. House has extensive fire damage. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Motion was made by Vicki Ballard, seconded by Zach Saffle to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty to the property. D. 347 Bonham, Lot 3, City Block 120 Owner: Tommy Adams, 81 CR 34520 Sumner, TX 75486 Robert Talley stated Mr. Adams brought him a report that said the building was structurally sound. Mr. Adams was to meet with Mr. Talley to discuss the next steps and never did. Robert Talley's recommendation: since this property has appeared before the Commission previously and the owner still has not made the necessary repairs to begin assessing a civil penalty of $10.00 per day starting immediately. Motion was made by Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Zack Saffle to follow Robert Talley's recommendation to assess a civil penalty of $10.00 effective immediately. Motion carried unanimously. 7 -0 G. 420 & 424 NE 6th, Lot 2, City Block 64 Owner: June R Key, 410 NE 6th, Paris, TX 75460 Robert Talley stated that the owner is deceased. Robert said the property is unsecure and the roof has holes in it. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $100 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 7 -0 H. 440 Pine Bluff, Lot 7, City Block 37 Owner: Alan Satriano, 6723 Briley Dr N Richland Hills, TX 76180 -8165 Robert Tally stated that he has had no contact with the owner. Mr. Talley said there is fire damage to the roof of the house, it is unsecure, the structure is bowed and the back of the house is falling. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Motion was made by Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Vicki Ballard to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty to the property.
