Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />Johnny Norris was not present for this vote. <br />C. 331 NE 12th, Lot 19, City Block 70 <br />Owner: Kristal Gallegos, 331 NE 12th Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated that he has had no contact with the property owner. House <br />has extensive fire damage. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Vicki Ballard, seconded by Zach Saffle to follow Robert <br />Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in <br />30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day <br />civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 Johnny Norris <br />was not present for this vote. <br />D. 347 Bonham, Lot 3, City Block 120 <br />Owner: Tommy Adams, 81 CR 34520 Sumner, TX 75486 <br />Robert Talley stated Mr. Adams brought him a report that said the building was <br />structurally sound. Mr. Adams was to meet with Mr. Talley to discuss the next <br />steps and never did. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: since this property has appeared before the <br />Commission previously and the owner still has not made the necessary repairs to <br />begin assessing a civil penalty of $10.00 per day starting immediately. <br />Motion was made by Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Zack Saffle to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation to assess a civil penalty of $10.00 effective <br />immediately. Motion carried unanimously. 7 -0 <br />G. 420 & 424 NE 6th, Lot 2, City Block 64 <br />Owner: June R Key, 410 NE 6th, Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated that the owner is deceased. <br />Robert said the property is unsecure and the roof has holes in it. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$100 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 7 -0 <br />H. 440 Pine Bluff, Lot 7, City Block 37 <br />Owner: Alan Satriano, 6723 Briley Dr N Richland Hills, TX 76180 -8165 <br />Robert Tally stated that he has had no contact with the owner. <br />Mr. Talley said there is fire damage to the roof of the house, it is unsecure, the <br />structure is bowed and the back of the house is falling. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Vicki Ballard to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property.
