Robert Talley stated that the house is unsecure, the sheet rocks falling, boards are falling, foundation is sinking, and holes are in the ceiling. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Motion was made by Zach Saffle, seconded by Ryan Lassiter to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Robert Talley stated that the house is unsecure, deterioration, wires have been stripped, cooper has been ripped out, and the shed in the back is also unsecure. Motion was made by Chris Brown, seconded by Wendell Moore to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. The certified letter came back undelivered. Robert Talley stated that the property has deterioration, holes in the roof; it's rotting, and has missing wood.
