C. 326 S. Main - City of Paris Public Library, by Priscilla C. McAnally. <br />Motion to approve the COA for black paint on the handrails and lamp <br />posts and bronze paint on the windows was made by Barbara Wilson, <br />seconded by Paul Denney. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />4. Consideration of and action on granting the following requests for facade <br />grants: <br />A. 136 Bonham Street - Bill Kirby. The HPO advised that a COA <br />application was for work under a COA that had already been approved <br />by the Commission. Motion to approve the request was made by Sue <br />Lancaster, seconded by Ann Rodgers. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />B. 130 Bonham Street - Daniel Atnip. Daniel Atnip was not present at the <br />meeting. Motion was made by Sue Lancaster to recuse Paul Denney, <br />seconded by Arvin Starrett. Motion carried 4 -0. Motion to approve the <br />request was made by Barbara Wilson, seconded by Sue Lancaster. <br />Motion carried 4 -0. Motion was made for Paul Denney to return by Sue <br />Lancaster, seconded by Ann Rodgers. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />- - -- CONSENT AGENDA - - - -- <br />5. Discussion of and possible action regarding the following structures <br />considered by code inspectors to be in violation of Article 111 of Chapter 7 of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled <br />"Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to determine <br />whethersuch buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on <br />the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City Council of the <br />City of Paris: <br />A. 229 5th Street N.E. <br />B. 430 13th Street N. W. <br />C. 675 13th Street N. W. <br />D. 1105 17th Street N. W. <br />E. 1167 17th Street N. W. <br />F. 1210 17th Street N. W. <br />
