Motion to approve by Barbara <br />Wilson, seconded by Jerry Raper. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />C. 15 N. Main Street - Saffle Antiques. Arvin Starrett said that it is the <br />eastern side of the L- shaped building. Paul Denney said that there are <br />4 -5 windows under the brick. The full facade is waiting to be exposed. <br />Motion to approve by Paul Denney, seconded by Sue Lancaster. Motion <br />carried 6 -0. <br />D. 825 S. Main Street (Light Fixtures) - Brad Hutchison. Brad Hutchison <br />said that he and his wife now own the apartments and hope to restore <br />to the 70s era but better. There is only 1 fully operational light at the <br />apartments. He intends to put in new fixtures -5 across the front and <br />2 matching pole lights. He will use flicker lights in the pole lights. <br />Motion to approve by Barbara Wilson, seconded by Sue Lancaster. <br />Motion carried 6 -0. <br />E. 825 S. Main Street (Fencing) - Brad Hutchison. Brad Hutchison plans <br />to screen the rear parking lot with 6' dog -eared cedar fencing. The gate <br />will have a curved top with post extending up above the top rail with <br />small fleur de lis toppers. He intends to have a double gate with <br />controlled access. The gates will be attached to 4 x 4 metal tubing <br />posts. The finished side of the fence will be on the street side. Motion <br />to approve by Barbara Wilson, seconded by Paul Denney. Motion <br />carried 6 -0. <br />F. 825 S. Main Street (Temporary Sign) - Brad Hutchison. Brad would like <br />approval for a temporary sign to be attached to the front of the building <br />for 90 days. There were 66 broken windows but now there are no <br />broken windows. Motion to approve by Sue Lancaster, seconded by <br />Barbara Wilson. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />G. 825 S. Main Street (Gates) -Brad Hutchison. Brad said that the property <br />would be completely gated so that access cannot be gained if one is <br />not a tenant or granted permission by a tenant. There are currently 3 <br />openings that will be by carded entry. All gates will have 18" initials fo <br />the apartment name. Motion to approve by Sue Lancaster, seconded <br />by Barbara Wilson.
