For <br /> · projects with short or no streets, a Grading and Drainage Plan (no profiles) will be <br /> developed. <br /> · Channel Alignment and Details (when applicable). <br /> · Utility Site Plan -. Water and sewer utilities will be detailed, including locations of <br /> manholes and valves. Primary features of electric, gas, and telephone lines will be <br /> shown based on survey data and available information provided by utility <br /> companies. <br /> · Site Details - Signage, fencing, pavement markings, etc. <br /> · Erosion Control Plan - will include appropriate EPA requirements. <br /> · Standard Details - these are used to provide details of construction of vadous <br /> drainage and utility features. May typically include: TxDOT bridge and culvert <br /> standards; and Standard Stormsewer, Paving, Water, and Sanitay Sewer standard <br /> sheets. · <br /> <br /> D. Conduct internal plan review by ACEI staff. <br /> E. Respond to Client comments on Construction Plans. <br /> <br />TASK 4 - HYDRALIC ANALYSIS AND DESIGN <br /> <br /> Prepare the necessary planwork for the construction of a stormwater layout, possibly including a <br /> Stormwater detention facility in accordance with the criteria set forth by the City of Paris.
