Planning and Zoning members review the Memo from the City Attorney. <br />There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the petition of Owen Bigler, Jr. for a change in zoning <br />from an Agricultural District (A) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3), With <br />Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes, Lot 5A, City Block 329, being number 3803 <br />SW Loop 286. <br />Motion was made to approve for up to 6 months with no extension allowed by Bobby Myers <br />and seconded by Curtis Fendley. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />5. The next item was tabled at the June 5, 2000, meeting. Item brought from table by a <br />vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />6. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Gary Nash for a change in zoning from a <br />General Retail District (GR) and One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a <br />Commercial District (C), Part of Lots 13,14, 27 and 28, being the 1800 Block Bonham <br />Street. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Gary Nash, spoke in favor of the petition stating that he wants to rezone the entire property. <br />He has no plans for the property at this time. <br />Mr. Ed Henry, who owns land at 2220 Maple, wants to know what Mr. Nash plans for the <br />property. <br />Ms. Wayne Tomblin, 4215 Lake Shore, representing the church, wants to know what the <br />plans are for the rezoning. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />7.
