The public hearing was declared open. Mr. Mark Pratt, 1351 NE 11`h, spoke in favor of the petition stating that he wants to put in a snow cone stand on the lot next door. Campbell Street. The public hearing was declared open. Ms. Sheila Wise, 3740 Pine Mill Road, spoke in favor of the petition stating that she wants to leave the mobile home park where she presently resides. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed.
