The mitigation then <br />would <br />include better site development and construction methods. <br />Reduction in public and private cost of response and recovery from hazards. <br />Awarness and education can have a fisical impact on the communities and <br />jurisdictions from a response standpoint. The more pre- action that is conducted by <br />residents and citizens from their obtainment of education and awareness reduces <br />the amount of effort, extent and potentially operational periods that would <br />otherwise be increased. <br />Minimize potential impacts for existing development from hazards. <br />Lamar County <br />City of Blossom <br />Existing dams will be studied and evaluated with the purpose identifying and <br />City Of Deport <br />correcting safety issues <br />City of ROxton <br />Local Dam <br />City of Reno <br />Evaluations <br />City of Paris <br />Minimize potential impacts for future development from hazards. <br />Future high hazard dams need to have an Emergency Operation Plan informing <br />the public of the risks of the dam. <br />192 <br />
