Motion carried 7-0 <br />A. 625 W. Washington Commissioner Steeley informed the commission because it was the <br />black hospital, but the property has been left to ruin. Commissioner Steely said this was a <br />prime example, and they could have taken this 10 years ago and tried to save. <br />Commissioner Vandiver said she agreed, but nothing could be done now. A motion was <br />made by Commissioner Steely to take no opposition to the demolition of this property <br />because it rehabilitated and designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a <br />recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic property as designated by the City <br />Council of the City of Paris, seconded by Commissioner Hider, motion carried 7-0 <br />B. 1604 Pine Bluff, There was some discussion on the house. Commissioner Hider noted that <br />it was on the Zillow website for a while. Commissioner Dux noted it looked as if there were <br />foundation problems. Commissioner Vandiver noted that it looked like it was in pretty <br />good shape, and Commissioner Steely stated he thought that Pine Bluff was fixed up pine <br />bluff so things like this could be sold, and he wondered if this house was another house that <br />
