Mr. Rex asked <br />Mrs. Campbell to write Mr. Haynes a letter requesting he offer a legal <br />opinion by the September 27 meeting. <br />Mr. Rex stated he was not for offering concessions to anyone. <br />Mr. Sudduth replied any such matter would have to be reviewed in the <br />light of what benefit would it offer the City of Paris. Mr. Sudduth <br />stated that along the lines of benefiting the City of Paris, the <br />Chamber of Commerce needs to promote the Airport. <br />It was decided to remove the matter of offering concessions to FBO's <br />from the agenda until an opinion is received from the City Attorney. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. New Permits: None <br />2. Policy concerning hours the terminal building is to be kept open: <br />The Board discussed keeping the terminal building open during operations <br />hours. It was suggested a sign be posted on the terminal doors stating <br />a key to the door could be requested at the operations office for use <br />during these hours. <br />Mrs. Campbell underlined the need for access to the terminal building <br />stating the restroom in the operations office was not suitable for use <br />by the Airport's female patrons. <br />The meeting was adjourned. <br />Kristina Campbell <br />Secretary <br />
