C. 2821 Bonham St. <br />Harrell Tippitt made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not demolished <br />within the 30 days. The motion was seconded by Patrick Brown. The <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />D. 949 E. Grove Street <br />Harrell Tippitt made a motion that the building be repaired within 30 days <br />with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not repaired within <br />the 30 days. The motion was seconded by Lucius Joe, Jr.. The motion <br />carried unanimously <br />E. 1400 Cedar <br />Harrell Tippitt made a motion that the building be demolished within 60 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not demolished <br />within the 60 days. The motion was seconded by Mary Crumpler.
