C. 1231 15th Street N.W., Lot 14, City Block 233 Motion was made by Chad Brown, seconded by Pike Burkhart for the building to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 daytime period, the City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously. D. 1020 28th Street N.W., Lot 2, Block 5, Cedar Hill Addition Emma McAfee thinks that she owns this property also. She was expected to attend the meeting but was not present. Motion was made by Chad Brown, seconded by Stephen Brown for the building to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously. E. 1010 28th Street N.W., Lots 1 and 32, Block 5, Cedar Hill Addition Motion was made by Harrell Tippitt, seconded by Mary Crumpler for the building to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously. F. 2885 Colvin Street, Lot 11, Block 1, Cedar Hill Addition Motion was made by Mary Crumpler, seconded by Chad Brown for the building to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously. G. 2875 Colvin Street, Lot 12, Block 1, Cedar Hill Addition Motion was made by Chad Brown, seconded by Mary Crumpler for the building to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously. H. 2265 W. Campbell Street, Lot 1, City Block 237 -A Motion was made by Pike Burkhart, seconded by Harrell Tippitt for the building to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously. I. 1029 4th Street N.E., Lot 7, Block 1, Washington Heights Addition Motion was made by Stephen Brown, seconded by Harrell Tippitt for the building to be demolished within 30 days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish. Motion carried unanimously.
