The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />C. 45 27`h Street NE, Lot 7, City Block 204 <br />Mr. David Norwood was present to speak on behalf of the property. He <br />requested 90 days to demolish the structure. <br />Ryan Lassiter made a motion that the building be demolished within 90 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 90 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Brad Archer seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />D. 1320 W. Kaufman Street, Lot 13, City Block 128 <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Ryan Lassiter seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />E. 1340 Cedar, Lot 6 & 7' of 7, Block 6, Gibbons - Braden Addition <br />Ryan Lassiter made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Steve Brown seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />F. 610 W. Austin, Lot 9, City Block 119 -A <br />Ryan Lassiter made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Brad Archer seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />7. Status report related to the properties on which the Commission has <br />previously issued orders. <br />Lisa Wright presented the memo to the Commission. <br />8.
