<br />15. It will comply ",'ith the Unifonn Grant and Contract Managements Standards (UGCMS) developed under the direc-
<br />tive of the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Act, Chapter 183, Government Code.

<br />Department of Public Safety any criminal history records maintained by the county in the manner specified for the pur-
<br />poses of those departments.

<br />a due process hearing, on the ground of race, color, religion, national origin. sex, age, or handicap against the project,
<br />fonvard a copy of the finding to the Criminal Justice Di\osion (CJD).
<br />19. It will comply ",'ith Subtitle A, Title I1 of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C 1213 l-12134, and
<br />Department of Justice implementing regulation, 28 CFR Part 35, whereas state and local governments may not refuse to
<br />allow a person with a disability to participate in a sen'ice, program, or acti\ity simply because the person has a disability.
