6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, New Beginnings <br />Addition, located in the 400 Block of NW 19th Street. <br />Carla Easton, City Engineer discussed the background and status of issue with commissioners. <br />BACKGROUND: David and Sherry Whitaker own 0.923 acres called Lot 6A -C, City Block <br />242 located in the 400 block of 19th St NW. They propose to subdivide the lots to create 4 <br />residential lots. The property is currently zoned Single Family Dwelling District No. 2 <br />(SF -2). <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners have submitted a preliminary plat and a final plat of the <br />property. Water and sewer infrastructure is available to the site, and it appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, subject to the following revision. <br />1. Provide a 5' ROW dedication along 19th NW <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the preliminary and final plats with noted revision. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers to approve the Preliminary Plat with the noted revisions <br />and seconded by Mihir Pankaj. Motion carried 6-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, New Beginnings Addition, <br />located in the 400 Block of NW 19th Street. <br />Motion was made by Keith Flowers to approve the Final Plat with the noted revisions and <br />seconded by Chad Lindsey. Motion carried 6-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Newberry Addition, <br />located at 2805 SE 3rd Street. <br />Carla Easton, City Engineer discussed the background and status of issue with commissioners. <br />BACKGROUND: Landon and Candace Cope own 1.486 acres called Lot 4, City Block 167 <br />located at 2805 3rd SE. They propose to build a single family home on the lot. The property <br />is currently zoned Agricultural District (A). <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners have submitted a preliminary plat and a final plat of the <br />property. Water and sewer infrastructure is available to the site, and it appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, subject to the following revisions. <br />
