The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Ray Ball at 5:58p. m. <br />The following members were present: Ray Ball, Anna Spencer, Nathan Bell and David <br />Taylor. <br />Also present: John Godwin, City Manager, Jerry Richey, Airport Manager; Paula Portugal, <br />City Council Liaison; Lance Nicholson, Engineer Technician; Triniti Frazier, Community <br />Development Coordinator and concerned citizen(s). <br />Absent member(s): Jimmy Noble <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting of October 18, 2018. <br />Mr. Taylor expressed his confusion regarding the text on item 4 of the October 18th minutes, <br />in which he was unclear about the exact date of which it was approved. Mr. Ball and Mr. <br />Godwin explained that the City Council actually approved it without a specific location on <br />September I&, and then it was approved by the Airport Board with a specific location. <br />Motion was made by Anna Spencer to approve the October minutes with the correction to <br />item 2 being changed to 3-0 vote with David Taylor abstaining and seconded by Nathan Bell. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />3. Discussion regarding delinquent hangar rentals. <br />Triniti Frazier, reported the following delinquent hangar rentals in the 90+ day range are: <br />Stacy Cunningham for $30.39. Jerry Richey, Airport Manager stated that Mr. Cunningham <br />did not end up renting the hangar after all, and that the $30.39 was his pro -rated amount due <br />for the week that he had the hangar. Jerry Richey stated that he would work with Mr. <br />Cunningham to see why he has not paid it. Mr. Ball stated that he would leave it up to the <br />City Finance office as to whether they want to continue billing him, or write it off. <br />
