Godwin advised that the Marino hangar is waiting on engineering construction plans. He spoke <br />with him last week and he is happy although things are going slower than he would like. He <br />said his only concern is getting it built before he has to move out of the hangar he is currently <br />in. The city has signed the lease but Marino is waiting to get a building permit before he signs. <br />7. Discussion regarding sewer smell complaints. <br />Ball advised it was brought to his attention that the sink here in the Cox Field conference room <br />backs up & runs into the storage room in back. Jerry Richey advised that C & S Plumbing has <br />checked it. They found there was a pipe that separated and they came up with a fix for it without <br />tearing up the foundation. The City Manager made the Public Works Director aware of this <br />issue. <br />8. Discussion regarding aviation class with Paris Junior College. <br />Bell advised unless an actual plan is laid out the college president won't even talk about it. <br />9. Request items for future agendas. <br />Election of officers, discussion of hangar leases, discuss policy guideline sheet for hangar <br />leases, discuss market rates for rent, discuss policy for placing items on the agenda, discuss <br />public forum, discussion for making the airport more user friendly with loaner car, eating and <br />sleeping options. <br />10.
