Mrs. Prestridge advised that she has written for DSRIP Grants since 2014 and has been awarded $220,088.00 in 2014, <br />$217,688.00 in 2015, $214,238.00 in 2016, $210,675.00 in 2017, and $213,300.00 in 2018 and is expected to receive $390,000.00 <br />during 2019 and approximately another $400,000.00 in 2020. The 2019 award amount will be split and received around the first of <br />February and the first of August. Mrs. Prestridge advised that the current project seeks to increase primary care clinic volume of <br />visits and evidence of improved access for patients seeking services by a 20% increase over the baseline of 2,541 in 2013 and as <br />of today the clinic has seen an increase of 48.5%. <br />Mr. Collins signed the Public Information Requests for Golden China, McDonalds, Save -A -Lot, and Kwik Check. <br />Ms. Prestridge advised the board on the following monthly report(s): <br />• November and December reports — <br />o WIC served 1,150/1,117 clients and 101/72 drive thru clients <br />o Health Department served 3471433 clinical clients <br />o Issued 15113 restaurant permits and 1/4 complaints <br />o Issued 1018 septic permits and 211 complaint <br />o Reported 0/0 rabies cases. <br />• Total liability and equity is approximately $1,350,000. <br />The board members completed the annual employee evaluations for Dr. Amanda Green, Medical Director and Gina Prestridge, <br />Executive Director. Mr. Collins stated that Dr. Green and Mrs. Prestridge go above and beyond the required job duties and therefore <br />the board voted to give Mrs. Prestridge a grant writing bonus in 2016 for $6,500.00 due to the amount of grants she had written for <br />and received. Mrs. Stallings made the motion to give Gina Prestridge another one-time grant writing bonus of $7,600.00 for the <br />amount of grants she continues to be granted and was seconded by Mrs. Stauter.
