Equipment and systems have been tested per Contract Documents and are <br />fully operational. <br />3. Work is complete and ready for final inspection. <br />4. All tools, temporary structures, and materials belonging to the <br />CONTRACTOR have been removed from the project site. All rubbish and <br />other foreign substances shall be removed from the project site and <br />satisfactorily disposed of. All job sites including streets, easements, rights- <br />of-way, roads, and areas used by the CONTRACTOR shall be left in a clean, <br />neat condition satisfactory to their owner. The OWNER'S representative may <br />also require clean-up of the job site or easements and rights-of-way <br />periodically during the progress of the work. <br />B. OWNER shall make an inspection with appropriate regulatory agencies to determine <br />the status of completeness within a reasonable time after the receipt of the <br />Certificate. <br />C. OWNER shall issue notice that the project is complete or notify the CONTRACTOR <br />that work is not complete or is defective. <br />1. Submit the request for final payment with Closeout submittals described in <br />Paragraph 1.05 if notified that the project is complete and the work is <br />acceptable. <br />2. Upon receipt of notification from the OWNER that work is incomplete or <br />defective, take immediate steps to remedy the stated deficiencies. Send a <br />second certification to the OWNER when work has been completed or <br />corrected. <br />3. OWNER shall re -visit the site and the procedure will begin again. <br />A. Record Drawings per Section 01 31 00 Project Administration. <br />B. Keys and keying schedule. <br />C. Warranties and bonds. <br />D. Evidence of payment or release of liens as indicated in 00 72 00 General <br />Conditions. <br />E. Consent from Surety to Final Payment. <br />F. Equipment installation reports on equipment. <br />G. Shop drawings, record data, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, and other <br />Submittals as required by the Contract Documents. <br />H. Specified spare parts and special tools. <br />I. Certificates of Occupancy, operating certificates, or other similar releases required to <br />allow the OWNER unrestricted use of work and access to service and utilities. <br />J. Evidence of final, continuing insurance, and bond coverage as required by the <br />Contract Documents. <br />A. Submit a preliminary final payment request. This request is to include adjustments to <br />the Contract Amount for: <br />1. Approved Change Orders. <br />2.
