4. Meeting may be attended by the ENGINEER, representatives of utility <br />companies, the CONTRACTOR's Project Manager and Superintendent, and <br />representatives from major Subcontractors and Suppliers. <br />5. CONTRACTOR should provide and be prepared to discuss: <br />a. Preliminary Construction Schedule <br />b. Preliminary Submittal Schedule <br />C. Schedule of values and anticipated schedule of payments <br />d. List of Suppliers and Subcontractors <br />e. CONTRACTOR's organizational chart as it relates to this project <br />f. Letter indicating the agents of authority for the CONTRACTOR and <br />the limit of the authority with respect to the execution of legal <br />documents <br />E. Progress Meetings <br />1. Attend meetings with the ENGINEER. <br />a. Meet on a monthly basis or as requested by the ENGINEER to <br />discuss the project. <br />b. Meet at the project site or other location as designated by the <br />ENGINEER. <br />C. CONTRACTOR's Superintendent and other key personnel are to <br />attend the meeting. Other individuals may be requested to attend to <br />discuss specific matters. <br />2. Provide information as requested by the ENGINEER concerning this project. <br />a. Prepare to discuss: <br />1) Status of overall project schedule. <br />2) CONTRACTOR's detailed schedule for the next month. <br />3) Review of construction interfacing and sequencing <br />requirements with other construction contracts <br />4) Anticipated delivery dates for piping and associated <br />equipment. <br />5) Coordination with the OWNER and ENGINEER. <br />6) Status of submittals. <br />7) Information or clarification of the Contract Documents. <br />8) Claims and proposed modifications to the contract. <br />9) Field observations, problems, or conflicts. <br />10) Maintenance of quality standards. <br />b. Notify the ENGINEER of any specific items to be discussed a <br />minimum of one (1) week prior to the meeting. <br />3. Review minutes of meetings and notify the ENGINEER of any discrepancies <br />within ten (10) days of the date of the memorandum. <br />a.
