Z Approved as Noted - Submittal is acceptable with corrections or notations <br />made by ENGINEER and may be used as corrected. <br />3. Revise and Resubmit - Submittal has deviations from the Contract Documents, <br />significant errors, or is inadequate and must be revised and resubmitted for <br />subsequent review. <br />4. Retained for Info — Submittal has information which needs to be retained for <br />record purposes but will not be reviewed by ENGINEER. <br />5. Not Approved - Products are not acceptable. <br />a. Drawings with a significant or substantial number of markings by the <br />CONTRACTOR may be marked "Approved as Noted" and "Revise <br />and Resubmit". These drawings are to be revised to provide a clean <br />record of the submittal. <br />b. Dimensions or other data that do not appear to conform to the Contract <br />Documents will be marked as "At Variance With" (AVW) the Contract <br />Documents or other information provided. The CONTRACTOR is to <br />make revisions as appropriate to comply with Contract Documents. <br />Certifications, Warranties and Service Agreements include documents as specified in <br />the detailed specifications, general conditions and as follows: <br />1. Certified Test Reports - A report prepared by an approved testing agency <br />giving results of tests performed on products to indicate their compliance with <br />the specifications. (Refer to Section 01 40 00 — Quality Control.) <br />2. Certification of Local Field Service - A certified letter stating that field service <br />is available from a factory or supplier approved service organization located <br />within a 300 mile radius of the project site. List names, addresses, and <br />telephone numbers of approved service organizations on or attach to the <br />certificate. <br />3. Extended Warranty - A guarantee of performance for the product or system <br />beyond the normal one year correction period described in the General <br />Conditions. Issue the warranty certificate in the name of the OWNER. <br />4. Extended Service Agreement - A contract to provide maintenance beyond that <br />required to fulfill requirements for warranty repairs, or to perform routine <br />maintenance for a definite period of time beyond the warranty period. Issue <br />the service agreement in the name of the OWNER. <br />5. Certification of Adequacy of Design - A certified letter from the manufacturer <br />of the equipment stating that they have designed the equipment to be <br />structurally stable and to withstand all imposed loads without deformation, <br />failure, or adverse effects to the performance and operational requirements of <br />the unit. The letter shall state that mechanical and electrical equipment is <br />adequately sized to be fully operational for the conditions specified or normally <br />encountered by the product's intended use. <br />6. Certification of Applicator/Subcontractor - A certified letter stating that the <br />Subcontractor or Supplier proposed to perform a specified function is duly <br />designated as factory authorized and trained for the application of the specified <br />product. <br />Submit record data to provide information to allow the OWNER to adequately identify <br />the products incorporated into the project and allow replacement or repair at some <br />future date. <br />City of Paris, Texas 01 33 00 — Page 6 of 11 Submittals <br />9/10/2020 <br />
