1. Provide record data for all products. Record data is not required for items for <br />which Shop Drawings and/or operations and maintenance manuals are <br />required. <br />2. Provide information only on the specified products. Submit a Contract <br />Modification Request for approval of deviations or substitutions and obtain <br />approval by Field Order or Change Order prior to submitting record data. <br />3. Provide the same information required for Shop Drawings. <br />4. Record data will be received by the ENGINEER, logged, and provided to <br />OWNER for the Project record. <br />a. Record data may be reviewed to see that the information provided is <br />adequate for the purpose intended. Inadequate drawings will be <br />returned as unacceptable. <br />b. Record data is not reviewed for compliance with the Contract <br />Documents. Comments may be returned if deviations from the <br />Contract Documents are noted during the cursory review performed <br />to see that the information is adequate. <br />J. Provide Samples for comparison with products delivered to the Site for use on the <br />Project. <br />1, Samples shall be of sufficient size and quantity to clearly illustrate the <br />functional characteristics of the product, with integrally related parts and <br />attachment devices. <br />2. Indicate the full range of color, texture, and patterns. <br />3. Dispose of Samples when related Work has been completed and approved, <br />and disposal is requested by the ENGINEER. At OWNER's option Samples <br />will become the property of the OWNER. <br />K. Construct mock-ups for comparison with the work being performed. <br />1. Construct mock-ups of the size or area indicated in the detailed Specifications. <br />2, Construct mock-ups complete with texture and finish to represent the finished <br />product. <br />3. Protect mock-ups until Work has been completed and accepted by the <br />OWNER. <br />4. Dispose of mock-ups when related Work has been completed and disposal is <br />approved by the ENGINEER. <br />L. Submit Operation and Maintenance manuals (O&M) for all equipment, mechanical <br />devices, or components described in the Contract Documents per Section 01 78 23 — <br />Operation and Maintenance Data. Include copies of approved Shop Drawings in the <br />manual. <br />M. Submit Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Section 01 31 00 Project <br />Administration. <br />N. Submit a Schedule of Values and Application for Payment (AP). <br />O. Submit Progress Schedules in accordance with the General Conditions. <br />P. Submit Certified Test Reports (CTR) from independent testing laboratories in <br />accordance with Section 01 40 00 — Quality Control. <br />1.
