<br />Task 5.2 Terminal Area Plan <br /> <br />The Terminal Area Plan will be prepared on an expanded scale with <br />identification of recommended improvements by phase. Placement of <br />structures, taxiways, aircraft parking areas, clearances, auto park- <br />ing, and perhaps related commercial facilities will be indicated in <br />detail. <br /> <br />Task 5.3 Approach Plan <br /> <br />The Approach Plan will be traced over a U.S.G.S. base map. The <br />purpose of this plan is for utilization by the City in preventing <br />airport airspace obstructions and can be included in a future zoning <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Task 5.4 Approach and Clear Zone Drawinqs (two sheetsl <br /> <br />Plan and profile views of the current and ultimate approach and <br />clear zone areas will be prepared to provide information to ensure <br />continued obstruction-free approaches to the runways. ' <br /> <br />Task 5.5 Area Land Use Photo (Off-Sitel <br /> <br />A high altitude photo will be taken at the time of the layout plan <br />photos. This photo will be reproduced at scale of 1" = 1000' to <br />show the area surrounding the airport. Existing land use, the air- <br />port approach areas, existing airport property limits, City limits, <br />planning area; etc. will be identified. Potential conflicts with <br />respect to obstructions and aircraft noise (if any) will be reported <br />as well as recommended methods to resolve present conflicts and <br />avoid future conflicts. <br /> <br />Task 5.6 Airport/Industrial Development Site Plan <br /> <br />On the same photo base used for the Airport Layout Plan, the Airport <br />Industrial Site Plan will identify land use within the airport <br />property.
