lot. The storage shed does not met the requirements for SF2 zoning, no permits or <br />permission was given to move this shed onto the lot and neighbors have <br />complained. Robert has also filed a Municipal Court case on Cindy Foiles. The <br />taxes on this lot have not been paid since 2001. No electricity or water will be <br />available to this shed. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, remove within 30 days, <br />or city has right to do so. <br />Owner: There has been no contact with the owner, but Cindy Foiles stated that <br />the owner is her husband. She stated she is 59 years old and on disability and needs <br />to wait until the first for her check to come in to have the shed moved. <br />Discussion: None <br />Motion made by Richard Thompson, seconded by Pat Conrad to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />B. 827 W Houston; City Block 45-A, Lot 2 <br />Owner: Betsy A Prado 2900 Graham Paris, TX <br />Robert Talley stated he has had no contact with owner but he has talked to the <br />owner's father. The father agrees that the house needs to be demo'ed. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Discussion: None. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Pat Conrad, to accept Robert <br />Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />E. 654 SE 9th; Nancy Wright Block A, Lot 3-A <br />Owner: Gladys Jenkins no address on LCAD. <br />Robert Talley stated he has had no contact with owner. The Plumbing inspector <br />turned this into Robert. Roof has fallen in, missing and deteriorating wood. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so. <br />Discussion: This will be a property that needs to be moved up on the demo list. <br />Motion made by Richard Thompson, seconded by Kim Walker to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation.
