Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition the Paris Economic <br />Development Corp. for a change in zoning from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 2 <br />(SF -2) to a Heavy Industrial District (HI) in the City of Paris, Block 325, Lots 4 and 6, <br />located at 1130 NW 30th LCAD 18830 and 30th NW LCAD 18835. <br />Mack states the Paris Economic Development Corporation (PEDC) requested a zoning <br />change from SF -2 to HI to accommodate industrial uses of all types. The parcel contains <br />approximately 4.6 acres and is intended to be developed as part of the Northwest <br />Business Park. This advanced rezoning will prepare the site and lead the way for <br />development when it occurs. It will also provide for an expanded & contiguous HI <br />District Boundary based upon the zoning and land uses developed along the NW Loop <br />for this industrial park.
