Confer <br />with the (TDH) sufficiently to insure the conceptual design <br />continues to satisfy (TDH) regulatior,s. <br /> <br />4. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for the proposed <br />construction work and for all equipment required, <br /> <br />5. Prepare an opinion of probable construction costs for the <br />proposed work covered by the drawings and specifications, <br /> <br />6. Submit drawings and specifications to the Texas Department of <br />Health. <br /> <br />7. Attend one meeting in Austin to discuss the project with State <br />Officials and answer questions, as necessary. <br /> <br />8. Incorporate incidental (i .e., minor) modifications to the <br />drawings and specifications necessary to meet TDH regulations. <br /> <br />9.
