G? <br />C <br />Medical including hospitals, sanitariums, infirmaries, clinics, <br />dispensaries. <br />Military including arsenals, armories, campsites, reservations, <br />battlegrounds. <br />Recreational including amphitheaters, swimming pools, <br />gymnasiums, bandstands, stadiums, playing fields, courts and <br />parks. <br />Reli ious including churches, chapels, synagogues, <br />meet�nghouses, seminaries, convents, burial vaults, mausoleums. <br />Residential including houses, cottages, apartment buildings, <br />tenements, industrial housing complexes. <br />Social including lodges, clubhouses, fraternity houses. <br />Transportation including paths, trails, railroads, bridges, <br />viaducts, airports, toll houses, stations of various types, <br />terminals, stables, carriage houses, garages, carbarns, shop's. <br />Inventory Forms <br />The results of the survey will be documented on forms <br />designed to provide important information and aspects of the <br />historic structures, sites, including archeological sites in a <br />concise, organized and consistent format: This data will be <br />documented on survey cards provided by the Texas Historic <br />Commission and all sites will be graphically located on <br />appropriate United States Geological Survey maps so they can <br />be keyed into computerized mapping techniques if necessary. <br />Larger scaled maps will be produced as will keeping properties <br />identified on survey cards to Paris Planning and Zoning maps. <br />Photographs <br />Each historic place will be further documented through high <br />quality photographs. All primary elevations and auxiliary <br />buildings will be photographed in 35 mm black and white <br />format and logged on photo index forms identical to those <br />produced by the Texas Historical Commission. Also contact <br />sheets and negatives will be keyed to survey cards and maps <br />and placed in ring binders. A commercial sized print (3 -1/2 x <br />511) of a primary view will be attached to the survey cards <br />further documenting each historic place, <br />Two sets of color slides of each potential property eligible as <br />a National Register listing will be submitted. The slides will <br />be Kodachrome film and displayed in clear plastic slide <br />catalogue sheets and placed in a ring binder. <br />-3- <br />
